What services does Journey Forward Therapy provide?
Journey forward Therapy offers mobile occupation therapy services.
All services are mobile and community-based, delivered in the comfort of your home or preferred setting.
We support clients funded through:
NDIS (Self-Managed and Plan-Managed)
My aged care
Are you a registered NDIS provider?
Journey Forward Therapy is not currently a registered NDIS provider. However, we are able to support participants who are Self-Managed or Plan-Managed. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer services to NDIA-Managed participants at this time.
What areas do you service?
We provide mobile therapy services across Greater Western Sydney (Western Sydney and Northwest region) and Selected Inner West Areas.
Our current Sydney service areas include (but are not limited to):
Ryde, Ermington, Carlingford, Beecroft
Parramatta, Rydalmere, Ermington, Blacktown, Merrylands, Villawood, Wentworthville

How do I get started?
You can begin accessing our services by:
Submitting an online referral form, or
Contacting us via phone or email
Once we receive your enquiry or referral, our team will be in touch to schedule an initial consultation and provide a Service Agreement for your review.
How are appointments scheduled?
Appointments are arranged according to your availability and our therapists’ schedules. We offer flexible, mobile sessions that can take place in your home, school, childcare centre, or other community settings.

What are your fees and cancellation policy?
Our fees are based on the following frameworks:

We kindly request 48 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations to avoid cancellation charges.
Do you charge for travel?
Yes, travel fees are charged in accordance with NDIS price guidelines. Typically, travel is billed at 50% of the therapist’s hourly rate, calculated on a return-trip basis.
Do you provide therapy in schools or chidcare centres?
Yes! With parental consent, we provide therapy services on-site at schools and early learning centres. We work collaboratively with educators to support developmental and functional goals tailored to each child.
What qualifications do your therapists have?
All our therapists are:
Fully qualified and professionally insured
Registered with relevant professional bodies:
AHPRA (Occupational Therapists)
Compliant with mandatory safety and screening requirements, including valid Working With Children Checks, NDIS Worker Screening Checks, and current First Aid/CPR certification
